Jayde Pamuk and OKAY.com were very helpful in my Hong Kong apartment search. Coming from France, Jayde understood quickly the type of flat I was looking for and the difficulty for a foreign person to understand the HK market. Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. In the end, we ended up with an amazing apartment that we are so grateful to have found. Flo is an amazing agent and we've already started recommending her to friends.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
