I only had a weekend to find a place when I moved to HK and I needed a realtor who was up to the challenge. Not only did Jayde exceed my expectations regarding expediency but she also made the process fun. In fact, she grasped my needs and preferences so well that, in the end, my greatest difficulty was deciding between two places I loved! I’ve moved almost a dozen times in my life (many times internationally), and I’ve never had such a fun or smooth experience in arranging a place to live. Jayde’s knowledge of Hong Kong, her flexible, hard-working and upbeat personality and experience in the various paperwork involved in securing accommodations make her an invaluable asset to any apartment or house hunt in Hong Kong. I really can’t recommend her strongly enough.

Shirley has done an amazing job, selling my apartment in these very difficult times and achieving a price that I was very happy with. She has proven herself as an effective negotiator. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback.
