Amelia is great to work with. She is very professional and very relaxed at the same time. I also appreciated the hand-selection of properties and the opportunity to make further selections by email first; it makes the whole process efficient and it's helpful in getting a sense of what the market is like. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!
