This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. Helena is professional, efficient and detail-minded; she can also clearly communicated between the landlord and tenant which speed up the negotiations.
