Dorothy recently assisted me with my search for the perfect apartment. This is my first time living in Hong Kong and Dorothy was an exceptional agent with advice, follow up, management of my expectations and negotiations. It was such a relief to meet Jane after a fruitless week of searching on our initial ‘look-see’ in HK. Jane totally understood our brief so we didn’t waste any valuable time and she was extremely patient when our brief changed! Jane found us a proper home that helped us settle into our new lives at once. Jane was also extremely generous in sharing all sorts of useful information to newcomers to HK and ensuring that the admin and handover side of the contract ran smoothly.

Alan was very helpful and understood my housing requirements straight away. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong.
