I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy. Jayde’s commitment to helping us find a place all the while whilst we were unable to break lease was ramped up when she helped list our property too. In our 4 month search we saw over 50 places around Happy Valley/Mid-Levels with many agencies, but it was Jayde’s attitude and enthusiasm which stood out and made us trust her and continue to search with OKAY.com. Eventually we found the right place, and with Jayde’s suggestion we negotiated a fair rental with all parties happy. When it came to the handover, it was a swift process which is a testament to Jayde’s professionalism. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups.
