I was referred to Louise by a mutual friend and she successfully procured a suitable apartment within a week of being engaged – I think I actually moved in within two weeks of seeing her for the first time. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. The online system for viewing apartments was particularly professional. Louise was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her (or use her again).

Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! Anil displayed excellent communication skills throughout the whole process from start to end. He worked flexibly within our busy schedules and went above and beyond what was required.
