17 July 2014 - "TWELVE PEAKS" on the Peak developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties will open to the market for tender this Saturday (July 19). Sun Hung Kai Properties Deputy Managing Director Victor Lui Ting said that they will begin accepting bids and the show houses at the completed development will be open to buyers for visiting. The market believes that the developer will probably launch House 11 and House 12 which are located at the front of the developement as the first batch of the tenders sales and it is expected that the sales commission could be as high as over HK$10 million for each house sold.

 

In addition, "The Avenue (Phase 1)" co-developed by Sino, Hopewell and the Urban Renewal Authority, yesterday raised the price on its 19 remaining units by 2%. Two transactions were made yesterday selling for HK$19,622 per sq. ft. and HK$20,569 per sq ft..
