I contracted Ms Sonia Cheng to find a rental flat for my family with very specific requirements on the south side of Hong Kong Island. Within a few days she had the perfect flat for us which ticked all the boxes and more. Having lived in Australia and the U.K. she understands western requirements which translates into efficiency and time saving for all parties involved. Being dual lingual (English/Cantonese) makes communication easy and gives her an edge over most real estate agents in Hong Kong. Even after the contract was signed she is always available for questions or problem solving.
